Online Registration Hints

Before proceeding to the on-line Sportabase Registration site, there are a few items listed below which may help as you navigate through the process:

Step 1: School Info

  • All fields are required on this page. If the participant does not attend school in Stillwater, choose the appropriate Stillwater area school from the "School Attending:" box. If the participant's school is not listed, choose Stillwater - Other (Not Listed).
Step 2: Contact Info
  • If the applicant is not a returning player, leave fields for last year's coach and team blank.
     
  • Choose Already Received from the "Shirt Size" box. Each participant will be sized by SYFA.
     
  • Please complete all applicable Parent/Guardian Information. All fields with an asterisk (*) are required for YOU as Parent/Guardian #1, who must be the legal guardian submitting the online application. If you do not have an email address you may enter reg@syfa.org.
     
  • Choose None from the "Would you like to volunteer as:" box. If you have a sincere interest in serving SYFA in a volunteer capacity, please contact us directly.
Step 3: Member Rules
  • You must confirm that you have read and agree with the rules shown on this page by checking the "I Agree" box.
Step 4: Release Forms
  • You must check that you agree with each of the Release Statements on this page. Under Insurance Release, please check the appropriate box regarding medical/accident insurance coverage for the applicant and provide the name of the insurance provider, if applicable.
Step 5: Payment Info
  • You must select the Register Now Pay Later option. SYFA does NOT accept credit cards. Click the "Submit My Payment" button at the bottom of the page to submit the pre-enrollment information. Payment must be made in the form of cash or check at one of the scheduled SYFA Sign-Ups before registration can be completed.
